This institution has never been small and it will never be with God's will. It started with great hopes and dreams, and chose for itself a great and comprehensive name where the ambitions of the Arab integration meet in the field of media, culture and art.
Since its establishment, it was keen to be loyal to the great name it holds through consecrating the concept of *the complementary artistic Arab sphere* and extending the lines of cooperation with the brotherly media institutions all over the world and recruiting the best Arab cadres.
I, with elite of Jordanian pioneer colleagues, had the honor of establishing Arab Telemedia Services; and through this great name we embarked on a unique experience centered on the edification of an Arab media castle which became a production arm to serve our societies and the Arab viewers. I believe this experience was crowned with success.
As for me, when I remember the professional journey I began 40 years ago, I stop particularly at the point of Arab Telemedia Productions’ foundation and the 15 years I spent there as the executive director of the company, leading it to the safety shore and guarding with determination its strong presence in the television production field in one of the most difficult times witnessed by the Arab world. This would not have happened without personal and professional sacrifices.
The other important moment in my professional journey came when I handed over the banner confidently to the new generation that realized a big leap in production concretized in far-reaching works known through an outstanding professional reputation consolidated by the adoption of modern administrative methods and an openness on new production fields.
Today, and from my actual position at the head of this company, I feel satisfied when I turn the pages of memory that extends from the dream of foundation to handing in the banner to the new generation who leads this institution successfully; I find in every page a dream coming true and a hope turning into a reality…the passed years were translated into accumulated achievements and ambitious plans.
