Introduction:
The preparations of Arab Telemedia Productions to celebrate its silver jubilee coincided with the declaration of its production plan for this year, the biggest in the company’s history regarding the number of works during 25 years of television production industry.
Through adopting this huge scheme, ATP bets for the first time on assuring the continuity of the circulation wheel of Jordanian drama productions all the year, contrary to the past years when the company used to concentrate on producing drama series for the month of Ramadan.
By the beginning of April, the camera of the director Dabbas Alsha’alan will start shooting the first scenes of the second part of the Bedouin series Ras Ghlais. Rasheed Assaf, the star of the Bedouin drama, plays the role of Ghlais in his continuous existentialist battle against his numerous enemies. It is expected that this series will be on top of the list of Bedouin drama productions this year.
In the early days of this month, ATP will participate in the sponsorship of the first conference of young specialists in the field of multi-media. This participation stems from Arab Telemedia Productions tendency to support the local society institutions. The conference activities which will focus on discussing the issues of the media productions is also considered a valuable opportunity to attract the qualified young people to work in various telemedia jobs available at the company.
By the end of April, a delegation of ATP headed by its Chief Executive Officer “Talal Adnan Awamleh” will participate in the activities of Alkhaleej Festival for Radio and Television Productions in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The company nominated four of its most important series to enter the competition for the awards of the festival: Ras Ghlais, Alejtiyah, Nimr Bin Edwan and Abna’a Alrasheed: Al’ameen wal Ma’amoon.
One of our personalities:
Adel Alrawashdeh, the General Manager of ATP

Recently, the financial and management expert Adel Alrawashdeh joined the team of ATP administration as a general manager of the company. Mr. Alrawashdeh gained his accumulated experience in management through a number of senior positions he occupied for 18 years in several outstanding local and international companies in the field of accountancy, finance and banking sectors.
One of our stars:
Saba Mubarak, an Arab drama star

Saba Mubarak, the Jordanian star, shined in the sky of the Arab drama due to her performance of prime roles in a number of drama series varied between the historical, the social and the Bedouin. Saba’s careful choice of the roles she plays contributed to her rich and creative distinguished dramatic achievements.
Last year, the public opinion polls put her side by side with the most remarkable Arab actresses for her starring roles in the series of "Alejtiyah" and "Nimer Bin Adwan". This year, it is expected that she will crown her artistic career by performing one of the rare feminine roles in the historical series "Balqees: Malekat Saba’a". She will concretize the character of Balqees, one of the greatest queens of the Orient, with her impressive presence in the Arab and global conscience.
It is worth mentioning that Saba, our star, was the heroine of a number of series produced by ATP like “Alshams tushreq min jaded” and “Du’at ala abwab jahannam”, in addition to “Alejtiyah” and “Nimer Bin Adwan”.
One of our productions:
“Shahrazad: Alhekayah al’akheerah”
This series which was written by Jamal Abu-Hamdan and directed by Shawqi Almajeri was inspired by the main theme of the famous tales of “alf laylah walaylah”, but it made the love story between Shahrazad and Shahrayar the subject of its drama and the core of its events where the relationship of the couple is deep-rooted in complications, ramification and extension in the reality loaded with causes, events and interweaved relations: man and woman, love and jealousy, suspicion and revenge, loyalty and conspiracy, resistance and occupation…etc.
In this vast framework, human ties and attitudes are charged with feelings, and interconnected to weave a picture full of life.
“Shahrazad” includes a number of prominent Arab stars like Sulaf Fawakherji, Jihad Sa’ed, Werd Alkhal, Nadera Emran, Muna Wasif and Fayez Qazaq.
