  • Procurement Manager
    Reference Numbers: PRM-005
  • The Procurement Manager reports to the CFO and is responsible for all commercial procurement, achieving ongoing savings, quality of supply, and is the liaison between vendors, contractors and company requirements. Is required to have experience in identifying options for vendors, purchase orders, and negotiation to obtain the best competitive deals for the company while ensuring contracts for the suitable product/service availability as per the required specs, terms, maintenance and after sales servicing.
    Requirements:
    1. Candidate must hold a Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field.
    2. Six years of relevant experience.
    3. Excellent command of Arabic and English.
    4. Preferably has experience in the media services industry.
    5. Good research, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Broadcast Journalists
    Reference Number: LNJ-001
  • Broadcast journalists are responsible for investigating, gathering and reporting on news and current affairs. They are expected to present this information in a fair, balanced and accurate way through news bulletins, documentaries and other factual programmers for television and online broadcast.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor degree in media or languages or any related fields.
    2. Excellent command in both Arabic and English.
    3. At least three years experience in broadcast journalism.
    4. Ability to work under pressure.

  • Broadcast Producers
    Reference Number: NBP-001
  • Producers should have a good sense for news and current events with production experience in the audiovisual news industry. Must be able to work long hours under deadline pressure. Must have strong news judgment as well as written, verbal, interpersonal communication, research and production skills. Well organized, multi-tasker, computer literate.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor degree in media or languages.
    2. Excellent command of Arabic and English.
    3. At least three years experience in broadcast producing.


  • Office Manager
    Reference Number: OFM-004
  • The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Office Manager’s scope is to:
    1. Draft correspondence and regular follow-up.
    2. Carry out administrative support services for the office, prepare for meetings, and maintain up to date records of the office staff time sheets and leave requests.
    3. Maintaining office systems, documentation, filing and correspondence, diaries and scheduling.
    4. Handle all office correspondence.
    Requirements:
    1. University degree.
    2. Five years of relevant experience.
    3. Excellent command of Arabic and English.


  • Receptionist

  • The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner. The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, for logging in all visitors, and creating a positive, everlasting impression. Requirements:
    1. Diploma degree in any related fields.
    2. Two years of relevant experience.
    3. Excellent command of Arabic and English.

  • Switchboard Operator
    Reference Number: OFB-005
  • The Switchboard Operator should be able to communicate in both Arabic and English, answering calls, diverting calls, logging in and conveying messages, creating and maintaining a database of contacts.

  • Office Helper
    Reference Number: OFB-006
  • General office work, filing, typing, data entry, photocopying, hospitality and errands.
