Introduction:
On the eve of ATP celebration of its silver jubilee, the executive administration carried out a number of basic adjustments on the company’s Organizational Structure including the tasks of several departments and divisions, in conformity with the designed plans.
The newly created departments are: “Strategy & Business Development”, “Programs Sales & Procurements”, “Projects Sales & Services”, “Scripts & Developing Ideas”, “Post Production Operations” and “Production Operations” in addition to the already existing departments which include “Engineering & IT”, “Financial” and “Human Resources & Administration”.
These modifications involved changes in the nominations of the company departments and divisions as well as the nature of their work, for example: “Scripts & Research Division” became “Scripts & Developing Ideas Department” specialized in the script production process starting with ideas developing and producing suggestions to end with writing and preparing scripts in their final shape.
This department will work according to new and inventive work mechanisms for the first time to provide production with new ideas, scripts, and forms, in order to cope with the latest Telemedia production developments.
With the establishment of “Scripts & Developing Ideas Department”, new jobs were created to match the present and feature needs of the company, such as:
“Scripts Writing Officer”, “Program’s Producing Officer”, “Senior Editor”, “Scripts Preparation Officer” and “Scripts & Dev. Ideas Department Coordinator” in addition to the “Publicity & Information Coordinator” and “Content Editor”.
The department organizes the script production process and administrates the relationship between the participants in this operation and the establishment. offering them the services and the support necessary for their work, as well as the registration of the legal rights and ownership of the company productions at the authorized official departments.
“Scripts & Ideas Developing” Department also supervises the daily correspondence needed for the work of the company and its relationship with multimedia institutions.
These adjustments came to complete a number of administrative changes started with the appointment the financial expert Adel Rwashda as the General Manager of ATP to cope with the most recent developments in administrating large companies alongside with the expansion of ATP marketing fields in various Telemedia sectors.

The death of the artist Hanan Al’agha
Arab Telemedia Productions’ team shared with the Jordanian star; Mrs. Saba Mbark, her grief on her mother’s loss, Mrs. Hanan Al’agha the great plastic arts painter and writer who passed away last week.
The artist Al’agha was known by her rich contribution in the Jordanian cultural and artistic activities. She held a number of plastic art exhibitions under the titles of “The Siege”, “Gaza 1”, “Gaza 2”, “The political Prisoner” and “Waiting”.
Hanan also wrote a number of short stories entitled: “The Smoke”, “The Cermic Cup”, “A City Disliked by the Dreams”, and “A Day in Damascus Life”.
She was born in Haifa, a Palestinian city, and spent most of her life in Amman, the capital of Jordan.

Nadera Emran, The Ambassadress of Jordanian Drama
The varied roles played by the competent Jordanian actress “Nadera Emran” through her rich artistic career covered most types of Television drama, such as the Bedouin, the Historical and the Social Drama in addition to her remarkable performances in many important plays.
Nadera’s lightning in these roles stems from her authentic and artistic talent refined by the accumulated experience, so she could introduce to her audience several works that consecrated her name among the Jordanian and Arab stars.
Emran who lately introduced “Alejtiyah” series believes that the role of the drama is not confined to portraying the society’s living reality; it extends beyond that to become a tool of exploring the future.
From their starting point, she approaches the artistic work, hunted by the obsession of change and the realization of the lofty values of art: Goodness, justice and beauty.
In addition to her Television and theatrical roles, Nadera Emran entered the Cinema world where she performed a major role in “Bab Al Shms”, a film that deals with the Palestinian cause, and was considered a great success on the Arab and international level, Emran’s role in this film realized her long time artistic dream.
It is worth mentioning that the audience of Nadera will meet her in a number of ATP series this year, after her shining roles in two of its most important productions: “Alejtiyah” and “Wadha wa Bin Ajlan”.

“Abna’a Alrasheed: Al’ameen wal Ma’amoon”
The latest ATP historical series “Abna’a Alrasheed: Al’ameen wal Ma’amoon” won the golden prize at Cairo Festival for Directing (2006).
This series treats the cultural and political conflict incarnated in the characters of Al’ameen, born of Arab origin and ancestry, and encouraged by his mother Zubaidah to despose his brother Alma’amoon whose mother is Persian from his right to the throne, which caused the eruption of wars between the two brothers.
Throughout this drama, the viewer lives the charming love story between Haroon Alrasheed’s minister “Abu-Ja’afar Albarmaki” and his sister “Al’abbassah”, the poetess and the writer who was described as the most beautiful, the most rational and the most virtuous woman.
This series deals with a number of major issues posed in an era that witnessed unprecedented flourishing of culture and science in the Abbasid era.
This drama introduces vivid pictures of one of the most important and most dangerous phases of the Arab history.
The staring roles were played by elite of the prominent Arab drama stars like: Rasheed Assaf, Norman As’ad, Fayez Quzuq, Iyad Nassar, Munther Rayahneh and Abeer Eissa.
